Welcome kids ages 5 to 11!
Kids' Yoga offers a playful, uplifting, and interactive approach, introducing youngsters to the joys of yoga.
You can expect a blend of physical activity and mindfulness. Our classes incorporate breathwork, music, a craft, games, and, of course, learning yoga poses. You will make new friends and walk out of the studio learning how to navigate your personal space, your physical body, and your emotions.
Parents do not participate but remain on-site during class time.
