BEER SCHOOL IS BACK!
We've been spending a lot of time talking about cider lately, so we figured it was time to get back to what started all of this. BEER!
Join us on Friday, November 20 at 7 PM for another installment of Beer School at Mosaic. This time we're going back to the basics with BEER 101!
We'll get into the four main ingredients, how the brewing process actually works, why certain beers taste the way they do, and some of the science behind everything happening in your glass.
Ever wondered why a stout is dark? What hops actually do? Why some beers taste fruity even though there's no fruit in them? Or what the heck yeast is doing during fermentation?
We'll get into all of that, plus a few fun bits of beer history and whatever other questions you bring along.
You don't need to know anything about beer to attend. That's kind of the point!
