About this event

What happens when one terminally online man tries to discover the cause of internet psychosis? He loses all touch with reality - and he makes a film about it.

The film will be followed by a short Q&A with Gregory Elek, who served as the film's co-director, DP, and editor.

It feels like the internet is turning us all into sociopaths. To get to the bottom of why this is happening, Michael Burns goes on a journey interviewing experts, talking to internet personalities, and eventually makes the decision to track down one of his own digital enemies. In the process, he stops listening to his friends and family and lets the internet take control. Spoiler: It does not end well.

Michael Burns is a philosopher and comedian that makes internet videos for a living.
